I am a Computational Scientist @ Sequantrix, a biotech startup working at the intersection of biosciences and technology, focused on AI-driven drug development, precision medicine and translational biology. I work mainly with large genomics and epigenomics datasets, I build machine learning models to find interesting biomarkers, I build bioinformatics pipelines to facilitate analysis, I build data visualizations to better transmit knowledge and convey meaning, and I build new bioinformatics/comp bio methods to solve niche problems. In sum, I like using big data to help find nuance in complex patterns. That and I just generally like building things :)
